A Few More Hearts

I finished up a few more hearts (Peacock Heart by Birgit Phelps) in size 80 thread for two of my small group birthday girls Kaity (purple) and Elizabeth (rainbow)! I also tatted a third in pink for another girl, Robyn! I stiffen them with white glue then attach a bail and put them on a chain!
I just love this heart pattern it's so cute!

Pretty! You know what??? I am so glad to see you put the pattern link there. The lady that I won the Tea Pillow from - Lynn B (my latest post) were writing emails back and forth and we were talking 'boutcha! We were both saying how much we love your blog. She even said that your heard necklace inspired her to want to learn to tat and that was the first time she'd seen it...oh, I should let her tell you...there I got rambling on. I just thought you should know how much you inspire people, Melissa!

LOL! I meant to say "hearT" necklace, NOT "hearD" necklace. What's a "heard necklace" anyway??? LOL!

Hi Melissa

Yes it's me again, the girl who wants to learn to tat! I have bought my first tatting shuttle recently and I am going to get around to doing some tatting eventually!
Thanks for the inspiration.

I love these hearts, they are gorgeous!

Yup I know Lynn I've been to your blog and seen your lovely cross stitch! I hope that you are able to learn very easy, but if you do run into any trouble don't give up but keep trying!
Hugs,
Melissa

I really like the large bail fitting that you used, it works so well with the heart. they are all lovely as usual. I didn't stiffen mine for daughter, wonder if I should have!
